Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain what you can expect when booking a conversation with me and what I ask from you in return.

Please read them before making a booking or purchasing a package.

By purchasing a service from me, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About me and my service

I am Laura Levitt and I provide private, one-to-one supportive conversations designed to give you space to talk, reflect and gain greater clarity about your life, work or circumstances.

My approach is informed by my Level 3 and Level 4 training in Therapy and Counselling.

However, the service I provide is not counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment or mental-health treatment.

I do not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, provide medical advice or provide crisis or emergency mental-health support.

If I believe that the support you need falls outside the scope of the service I provide, I may discuss this with you and encourage you to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional or service.

2. My services and prices

One Conversation – £99
One 60-minute one-to-one conversation.

3 Conversations – £279
Three 60-minute one-to-one conversations.

6 Conversations – £525
Six 60-minute one-to-one conversations.

I also offer a free 15-minute Hello Call so that we can briefly talk before you decide whether my service feels right for you.

Prices will be clearly displayed before you purchase.

3. Payment

Payment for paid conversations is required in advance.

Payments made through my website are processed securely by my payment provider.

Once payment has been received, I will contact you personally to arrange your conversation.

Purchasing a package does not automatically schedule your appointments. We will arrange suitable dates and times together.

4. Your right to cancel an online purchase

Where UK consumer cancellation rules apply to your purchase, you will normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into to change your mind and cancel without giving a reason.

To cancel, email me at [email protected] and clearly tell me that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You do not have to use any particular wording to tell me that you wish to cancel.

If you validly cancel during the statutory cancellation period before any service has been provided, I will refund the payment due to you in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

5. Having a conversation within the 14-day cancellation period

You may want your first conversation to take place before the 14-day cancellation period has ended.

If so, I may ask you to expressly request that I begin providing the service during the cancellation period.

If you subsequently cancel during that period after part of the service has been provided, you may be required to pay a reasonable and proportionate amount for the service already supplied, where permitted by law.

Where a service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request, your statutory right to cancel that completed service may end once it has been fully provided, provided the necessary acknowledgement has been obtained from you.

6. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an arranged conversation, please give me as much notice as reasonably possible.

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, we can normally rearrange your conversation without charge.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend an appointment without letting me know, I reserve the right to treat that conversation as having been used.

However, I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. I will always aim to deal with these situations reasonably and fairly rather than applying this policy without considering the circumstances.

7. Packages of conversations

If you purchase a package of three or six conversations, the package is for your personal use.

Appointments will be arranged between us.

You are not required to have all of the conversations close together; we can agree timings that are appropriate for you.

If you decide that you no longer wish to continue with a package after some conversations have taken place, please contact me.

Any refund entitlement will depend upon the circumstances, including the services already provided, the package purchased, applicable consumer law and any reasonable amount properly attributable to the services already supplied.

I will deal with requests fairly and will not impose a disproportionate cancellation charge.

8. If I need to cancel

There may occasionally be circumstances where I need to rearrange a conversation because of illness, emergency or another circumstance outside my reasonable control.

I will give you as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment.

If I am unable to provide a service you have paid for and we cannot agree a suitable alternative, I will refund the appropriate amount for the service that has not been provided.

9. Late arrival

If you arrive late for your conversation, I will do my best to give you the full time where my schedule allows.

However, where another appointment follows yours, the conversation may still need to finish at the originally agreed time.

10. Confidentiality

What you choose to share with me will be treated as private.

There may be exceptional circumstances where information cannot remain confidential, for example where disclosure is required by law or another lawful basis requires or permits disclosure.

More information about how I collect, store and use personal information is available in my Privacy Policy .

11. Conversation notes and personal information

I may keep brief notes relating to our conversations to help provide continuity and maintain appropriate records.

Records may be held securely in electronic and paper form.

Because conversations may include sensitive personal information, I will explain how this information is handled and, where necessary, obtain appropriate consent before recording special-category information.

My Privacy Policy provides further information about record keeping, retention and your data-protection rights.

12. Your responsibility during our conversations

Our conversations are intended to help you explore your own thoughts, feelings, circumstances and choices.

I may listen, ask questions, reflect things back to you and gently challenge you to consider different perspectives.

I will not make important life, relationship, financial, medical, employment or other decisions on your behalf.

You remain responsible for the choices and decisions you make following our conversations.

13. No guarantee of a particular outcome

Every person and situation is different.

While I hope our conversations give you valuable space, perspective and clarity, I cannot guarantee a particular personal, professional, emotional or financial outcome as a result of using my service.

14. Respect and safety

Our conversations should provide a respectful and safe environment for both of us.

I reserve the right to end or refuse a conversation where there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or otherwise seriously unacceptable behaviour.

Where I end a service for this reason, any decision concerning unused services or payments will be dealt with fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

15. Emergencies and crisis support

My service is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you are in immediate danger or require urgent medical or mental-health assistance, please contact the appropriate emergency, NHS or specialist support service rather than waiting for a response from me.

16. Intellectual property

Any original worksheets, written materials or resources I provide to you remain my intellectual property unless I tell you otherwise.

They are provided for your own personal use and should not be copied, sold, published or distributed commercially without my permission.

17. Problems or complaints

If you're unhappy with any part of the service you receive, please contact me at [email protected].

I would always prefer the opportunity to understand what's happened and try to resolve the matter fairly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts any rights you have under UK consumer law.

18. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as my business develops or legal requirements change.

The version that applies to your purchase will be the version made available to you when your contract is entered into, except where a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

19. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in this section deprives you of any mandatory consumer protections or rights you may have concerning where a dispute can be brought.
